§ 6-5. Animal and fowl running at large prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, or who has custody or control of, any animal or fowl to allow such animal or fowl to run at large within the village.

(b)

Owners wishing to take domestic animals (dogs or cats) on the public streets of the village shall at all times have their animals on a leash, which leash shall not be longer than six feet in length.
