§ 44-62. Permits and work authorizations.

Permits to install individual sewerage systems within the village shall be issued by the state health officer or duly authorized representative or shall be issued by the office of the mayor upon receipt of approval for the application by the state health officer or duly authorized representative. Work authorization forms shall be applied for and provided by the office of the mayor.
