§ 44-61. Utility companies.

No electrical utility company licensed to do or doing business in the village shall install or connect service to any mobile home until a final permit is issued. No electrical utility company licensed to do or doing business in the village shall install or connect temporary service to any other structure unless work authorization has been issued nor install or connect permanent service until a final permit has been issued.
