§ 44-23. Place and manner of payment for services.

Payments for services rendered shall be made in cash, check, or money order and shall be tendered in person or by mail to the municipal hall; however, all payments due on accounts to reestablish service after same has been disconnected for nonpayment shall be made by cash, money order, or certified check.
