§ 44-21. Connection fees.

(a)

Any water installation of three-quarter-inch size shall have a meter, and a non refundable fee shall be charged for the meter and the installation.

(b)

For any water installation requiring a meter larger than the three-quarter-inch size, the entire cost shall be passed to the customer.

(c)

The water connection fee shall be as established from time to time by ordinance.
