§ 28-228. Unlawful sales of weapons to minors.

(a)

The term "unlawful sales of weapons to minors" means the selling or otherwise delivering for value any firearm or other instrumentality customarily used as a dangerous weapon, to any person under the age of 18. Lack of knowledge of the minor's age shall not be a defense.

(b)

Whoever commits unlawful sales of weapons to minors shall be fined not more than $300.00, or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both.
