§ 28-227. Unlawful playing of video draw poker devices by persons under the age of 21.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to play video draw poker devices.

    (b)

    For purposes of this section, the term "video draw poker device" means a device, as defined in R.S. 27:301(B)(15), placed in an establishment licensed for operation and regulated under the applicable provisions of R.S. 27:301 et seq.

    (c)

    Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than $100.00 for the first offense, $250.00 for the second offense, and $500.00 for the third offense.
