§ 28-221. Disorderly place, maintaining of prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall maintain a place of public entertainment or a public resort or any place, room, or part of a building open to the public in such a manner as to disturb the public peace and quiet of the neighborhood, or in which sparsely-clad "go-go dancers" perform, or in which patently offensive representations or descriptions of sexual acts are displayed or performed.

    (b)

    Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, or imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days, or both. On a second conviction, the offender, in addition to the penalty provided for in this subsection, shall be subject to the revocation of the occupational license the offender holds for the establishment.
