§ 28-220. Letting premises for prostitution.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to commit letting premises for prostitution. The term "letting premises for prostitution" means the granting of the right of use or the leasing of any premises, knowing that they are to be used for the practice of prostitution, or allowing the continued use of the premises with such knowledge.
