§ 28-148. Negligent injuring.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to commit negligent injuring. The term "negligent injuring" means the inflicting of any injury upon the person of another by criminal negligence.

    (b)

    The violation of an ordinance or law shall be considered only as presumptive evidence of such negligence.
