§ 14-23. Judicial review.

Any person receiving notice that he is in violation of the requirements of this chapter may request within the 15-day period after receipt of notice or the date of the notice, if notice is provided in accordance with section 14-22(2), request of the mayor, either in person or in writing and without the requirement of bond, that a date and time be set when he may appear before the mayor's court to determine whether he is in violation of this chapter and whether a public nuisance as defined in section 14-21 exists.
