§ 4-7. Same—Fees.

(a)

Dealers in beverages of high alcoholic content shall pay an annual fee according to the following schedule:

(1)

Wholesale dealers: $500.00.

(2)

Retail dealer's:

a.

Class A-General: $200.00.

b.

Class A-Restaurant: $200.00.

c.

Class B: $100.00.

(b)

Dealers in beverages of low alcoholic content shall pay an annual fee according to the following schedule:

(1)

Wholesale dealers: $100.00.

(2)

Retail dealers:

a.

Class A General: $60.00.

b.

Class A-Restaurant: $60.00.

c.

Class B: $50.00.

(c)

Notwithstanding subsections (a) and (b) of this section, wholesale dealers in beverages of high and low alcoholic content are hereby required to pay an annual fee of $200.00.
