§ 40-21. Assessment and collection.

(a)

The assessor for the parish is hereby authorized and directed to extend the millage levied herein on the assessment rolls of the town for the year 2003 and every year thereafter.

(b)

The sheriff and ex officio tax collector for the parish is hereby authorized and directed to collect the tax herein levied in the manner, form, and at the time prescribed by law.
