§ 38-52. Validity.

Latest version.

Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that decision shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any part thereof, other than that they would have passed those parts of this chapter which are valid and omitted any parts which may be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid if they had known that such parts were invalid at the time of the adoption of the ordinance from which this article is derived.
