§ 2-224. Contract administration.

  • The village shall maintain contract administration systems which ensure that contractors/firms perform in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of their contracts or purchase orders. The accepted performance of contractors/firms will be a factor in subsequent contract negotiations and award. Remedial action by the village through legal processes shall be considered in instances of identified significant nonperformance.
