§ 28-234. Sale of poisonous reptiles to minor.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any type of poisonous reptile to a minor.

(b)

Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than $100.00, or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both, for each such offense.
