§ 28-216. Soliciting for prostitutes.

It shall be unlawful for any person to commit soliciting for prostitutes. The term "soliciting for prostitutes" means the soliciting, inviting, inducing, directing, or transporting a person to any place with the intention of promoting prostitution.
