§ 28-171. Fire-raising on lands of another with malice.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to commit fire-raising on lands of another with malice. The term "fire-raising on lands of another with malice" means the act of maliciously setting fire to any grass, leaves, brush, or debris on lands of another, or the procuring of the same to be done.
