§ 28-273. Reckless operation of a vehicle.

(a)

The term "reckless operation of vehicle" means the operation of any motor vehicle, aircraft, vessel, or other means of conveyance in a criminally negligent or reckless manner.

(b)

Whoever commits the offense of reckless operation of a vehicle shall be fined not more than $200.00, or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both.
