§ 24-3. Racial profiling prohibited.

The use of racial profiling by any officer of the police department in the enforcement of law or ordinance is prohibited. The term "racial profiling" means the detention or other disparate treatment of any person on the basis of the person's racial or ethnic status or characteristics.
