Article III. PROVISIONS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION |
§ 18-74. Standards for subdivision proposals.
(a)
All subdivision proposals, including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions, shall be consistent with sections 18-1 through 18-3.
(b)
All proposals for the development of subdivisions, including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions, shall meet development permit requirements of sections 18-31 and 18-61, and this article.
(c)
All subdivision proposals, including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions, shall have adequate drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood hazards.
(d)
All subdivision proposals, including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivision, shall have public utilities and facilities such as sewer, gas, electrical, and water systems located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
