§ 16-26. Special rules for calls outside village.

No apparatus shall be hired out or permitted to leave the village without the consent of the mayor. The chief may assign equipment for response to calls for outside aid in accordance with section 16-25 only when the absence of the equipment will not jeopardize fire protection in the village.
