§ 14-58. Community service litter abatement work program.

A "court-approved community service litter abatement program," as authorized by R.S. 30:2531.4, is hereby established which shall supervise persons ordered by the court to perform community service work collecting or removing litter and provide for the collection and removal of litter from public areas in the village as determined by the board.
