§ 10-75. Junk dealers; register.

(a)

Any person engaged in the business of buying junk shall be licensed pursuant to this chapter and shall keep a register of the names of all parties from whom he purchases such articles, together with a description of the article purchased.

(b)

The register shall be open to inspection by the chief of police or any member of the police force at any and all times.
